Equis Financial, the world’s biggest financial services provider, said it will launch a new mobile application for mobile payments and payment options that will be available for a limited time.
Equis said its mobile payments app will be made available for the first time in December, which will be on the market in the second half of the year.
The company said the app will allow users to use the company’s new platform called Equis Card and will allow them to pay for goods and services using their credit or debit card.
“With Equis, we believe consumers want to pay instantly and securely on their phones,” Equis Chief Executive Officer Tom Grieve said in a statement.
“With Equises new mobile app, we will enable them to do just that with a mobile wallet, a wallet that is the new payment option for consumers.”
In December, Equis introduced its first mobile wallet app, called “Equis Card,” that lets consumers make payments in the app without having to enter a credit card number.
It will also allow users of the company, which offers services in over 50 countries, to make payments through mobile wallets in the future.
Grieve said the new app will also enable users to make payment using mobile wallets, which are more secure than cards, and can be used by customers at any time of day.
The new mobile payments application will allow consumers to pay using their card without having a credit or a debit card and will enable the payment to be done instantly, said Equis.
“For us, that is a big step forward,” said Grieve.
